fynoAI offers transparent pricing models with no hidden costs: There's a free Starter package for single users with limited features, Professional plans for teams from €19 per user/month (annual billing), and individual Enterprise solutions. All plans include basic AI features. Additional AI credits can be flexibly added depending on usage. Exact pricing will be announced at launch.

fynoAI offers comprehensive support on multiple levels: All users get access to a detailed knowledge base, video tutorials, and email support in German and English. Business customers benefit from chat support with faster response times. Bruno is fynoAI's proprietary AI engine – the heart of all intelligent features. Bruno is not a simple chatbot, but an AI system individually trained for each user and workspace. The engine learns from your projects, tasks, contacts, and interactions to provide ever-better support. Bruno can compose emails, automatically generate projects, create sprint plans, prioritize tasks, and make intelligent suggestions. The special feature: All data is automatically anonymized before processing – your real names, emails, and sensitive information never leave your secure environment.

The fynoAI AI engine Bruno fundamentally differs from generic AI assistants: 1) Individual Training: Bruno is specifically trained on your workspace and work style, not just general data. 2) GDPR-First: Anonymization is not an afterthought but a fundamental part of the architecture. 3) Context Understanding: Bruno knows your projects, customers, and workflows and can provide context-aware help. 4) ML Brain: The intelligent routing system automatically decides which AI model is optimal for which task – saving costs without quality loss. 5) Multi-Provider: You're not tied to one AI provider but can choose between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others.

fynoAI uses a multi-level anonymization system for complete GDPR compliance: Before any AI processing, personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and other sensitive information is automatically replaced with placeholders. The request is only then sent to the chosen AI provider. The response is subsequently re-personalized so you can continue working seamlessly. Additionally, fynoAI logs all AI requests in an audit trail for full transparency. All data is hosted in the EU and subject exclusively to European law.

fynoAI supports all leading AI providers and allows you to choose the optimal provider for your requirements: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-3.5), Google (Gemini Pro, Gemini Ultra), Anthropic (Claude 3 Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), Mistral AI, Groq (for particularly fast responses), and local open-source models like Llama. You can set a provider permanently or let the intelligent ML Brain automatically decide which model is best suited for which task. This optimizes costs and quality simultaneously.

The ML Brain is fynoAI's intelligent routing system that automatically decides which AI model to use for a task. Not every request needs the most expensive GPT-4 – often a faster, cheaper model or even a local ML model is completely sufficient. The ML Brain analyzes each request and chooses intelligently: Simple classifications, sentiment analyses, or categorizations are handled by fast ML models. Complex text generation or creative tasks are forwarded to powerful LLMs. This way, our users save an average of up to 65% on AI costs with consistent or better quality.

AI project generation is one of fynoAI's most powerful features: Simply describe your project in natural language – e.g., 'Website relaunch for customer XY with responsive design and CMS integration' – and Bruno automatically generates a complete project with structured tasks, milestones, estimated time requirements, and recommended sprint divisions. The generated projects are based on your previous projects and best practices, so they're ready to use immediately. Of course, you can customize everything before the project goes live.

Features include: Unlimited projects and tasks, subtasks and checklists, time estimates and tracking, sprint planning with AI support, task dependencies, custom fields for individual requirements, templates for recurring projects, real-time team collaboration, and automatic notifications. The integrated AI Bruno can automatically generate, prioritize, and optimize projects.

fynoAI's CRM module manages all customer relationships centrally: Contact database with companies and contacts, deal pipeline with customizable stages, activity history of all interactions, email integration with automatic logging, task and appointment reminders per contact, custom fields for industry-specific data, and revenue forecasts based on the pipeline. Bruno can extract contact data from emails, formulate follow-up emails, and prioritize sales opportunities. The CRM is seamlessly linked with all other modules – projects, time tracking, and invoices are automatically assigned to a customer.

fynoAI offers professional time tracking for precise project billing: Timer for real-time tracking with one click, manual entries for retroactive bookings, task and project-related tracking, hourly rates per project or employee, automatic calculation of billable hours, weekly and monthly overviews, export for payroll, team evaluations, and capacity planning. Optionally, time entries can be made visible in the Customer Dashboard for transparency. Time data flows directly into invoice creation.

fynoAI offers powerful automation features with the integrated Workflow Builder: Create if-then rules without programming knowledge – e.g., 'When a task is completed, notify the customer' or 'When a deal is won, automatically create a project'. Triggers include status changes, date triggers, new entries, and more. Actions can create tasks, send emails, update fields, or trigger external webhooks. For extended scenarios, fynoAI integrates with Zapier, Make, and n8n, so you can create workflows across thousands of apps.

The appointment booking module replaces separate tools like Calendly: Create individual booking pages with available time slots based on your calendar. Customers can book appointments directly, which are automatically synchronized with Google Calendar or Outlook. Features include: Buffers between appointments, maximum bookings per day, different appointment types with different durations, automatic confirmation and reminder emails, Zoom/Teams integration for automatic meeting links, and embedding on your website. Booked appointments appear directly in fynoAI and can be linked to projects.

fynoAI integrates seamlessly into your existing tool landscape: Productivity – Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), Notion, Slack. Development – GitHub, GitLab, Jira. E-Commerce – Shopify, WooCommerce. Accounting – DATEV export for tax consultants. Automation – Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n for custom workflows. The Customer Dashboard is a professional client portal that you can provide to your customers. It offers transparent real-time insights into project status, task progress, and milestones – without your customers having access to internal data. Features include: Live project overview with progress bars, digital approval workflows for designs and documents, secure file sharing, comment and feedback functions, optional time tracking view, and fully customizable branding with your logo and colors. This improves client communication and reduces inquiries.

The digital approval workflow in fynoAI replaces cumbersome email chains: You mark designs, documents, or milestones as 'Ready for approval'. Your customer automatically receives a notification and can directly approve, reject, or leave feedback in the Customer Dashboard. For rejections, specific change requests can be added as comments. All approvals are logged with timestamp and username for complete documentation. You always have an overview of which items are awaiting approval and which have already been approved.

Security & Technical

Data security is a top priority at fynoAI: All data is transmitted (TLS 1.3) and stored (AES-256) encrypted. Hosting is exclusively on EU servers with certified providers. Regular backups with point-in-time recovery ensure data safety. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, SSO integration (SAML, OAuth) for enterprise customers. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) enables granular permission management. All security measures are regularly verified through independent audits. As an Austrian company, we are exclusively subject to EU data protection law.

Currently, fynoAI is available as a cloud solution (SaaS) with hosting in the EU. A self-hosted option for enterprise customers with special compliance requirements is in development and expected to be available in 2026. This includes complete installation on your own infrastructure or in your private cloud, local AI models without external API calls, full control over all data, and updates on your schedule. Rate limits are generous and can be adjusted for enterprise customers. The API enables deep integrations into existing systems and development of custom applications based on fynoAI.

fynoAI offers a fully responsive web application that works optimally on all devices – smartphone, tablet, and desktop. A native app for iOS and Android is planned for 2026 and will offer all core functions: Project overview, task management, time tracking with timer, push notifications, offline capability for basic functions, and camera integration for document capture. Until the app launch, you can easily use fynoAI via mobile browser or install the PWA (Progressive Web App) on your home screen.
